BAKER C 4-HEAD Horizontal Resaw w/Powered Return

6" Wide x 12" high cap. Resaw; standard spring blade tensioning system;

Specifications: 

  •  13'-2" x 1-1/4" x 0.035 blade provides thin kerf savings; quick & easy blade height adjustments.
  • Wheels: 28" Dia. CNC machined, dynamically balanced, all-steel band wheels, (4) bolt flange; rough top feed belt combines with opposing side feed rolls and air pressure hold over rolls; idler hold downs . 
  • (4)  20 HP Total Enclosed Fan Cooled Motors; Thin-kerf technology and the Baker Low Profile Flat Guide System generates up to 60-70% less sawdust and up to 25% more boards, easily out-producing a gang rip. 

    Complete with:
  • Hydraulic variable feed speed from 20 to 120 FPM (6 to 36 MPM) with a tank, flow control and remote feed shutoff; powered side feed rolls. 

    Includes:
  •  Powered conveyor, powered return conveyor, NEMA electrical panel with the starters, motor overload protection, remote start/stop stations.

    6" x 6" Square dust collection with a 90° adapter chute to a 4" dia. outlet (can be rotated in (4) directions); 600 CFM required each drop.
