INTOREX CX-1600 Automatic Hydraulic Copy Lathe.
 Size Capacity: 74.8" (1,900 mm) Max. between centers; fully automatic hopper feeding (hopper auto adjust to change of size) up to 5.51" (140 mm) sq. parts; semi-automatic loading up to 9.45" round part diameter. In semi-auto (without hopper feed) will turn up to 74.8" (1,900 mm) . DRIVES/FEED: 12 HP approx. main motor with variable speed inverter; Servo-controlled carriage drive allows a forward speed of 0 - 130 FPM carriage; slides over a linear ball-bearing assembly and tempered guide-way; 3 HP hydraulic pump motor giving precise & positive movement to the copy knives. TURNING TOOL-HEADS: Copying system with (3) turning tool-heads: 1st fixed Rounding knife, 2nd hydraulic rough cutting copier knife, 3rd hydraulic fine detail copier knife; (4) vertical back knives for cutting using form tools and dowel ends. Controller: Separate PLC console for up to (200) work cycles for different profile parts; programmable logic control (PLC) with self-programming to set up and modify settings that are stored in memory and recalled for each different job. Includes: Input screen to control programs; Front sliding safety barrier; Selection of tools and accessories. |
