 Specifications:21-Spindle head (spindles on 32 mm centers) fixed horizontally for end boring, (8) glue injectors & dowel inserters, (4) overhead pneumatic hold-down clamps. After the drilling cycle is complete, the head assembly traverses down to the glue & dowel injector line for the glue & dowel injection; quick cycle time. Operator & Machine Control: PLC function selector control for boring only, inserting only, or boring & inserting. Capacity: Handles 8 mm - 10 mm dia. dowels, set-up for 8 mm. Digital indicator for adjustable dowel length from 25 mm - 50 mm, max. boring depth 70 mm. Features: Height adjustment w/digital readout for panel thickness, hydraulic brakes for adjustment of boring speed; 2.3 HP - 4,000 RPM motor. Equipped with: (2) Side fences, front support table w/stop, glue reservoir tank with pressure control & rinsing tank for glue nozzles. 8-Way dowel feeding vibrator, and foot pedal for starting cycle. |
