HORIZON PSI RF BAHOUSE with Pulse Jet Air Filter Cleaning.
 General Data: 5480 CFM with (60) filter bags that are 5-7/8" dia. and 84" long making 645 sq. ft. of total filter area. This configuration provides an 8.5 to 1 Air to Cloth Ratio. PHELPS Fan Model W-226, S/N is 101184 with 13" OD inlet diameter, ground mounted. Powered by a 25 HP motor. Rated for 5480 CFM @ 14" Static Pressure and draws 23.3 Amps at 2498 RPM.. Equipped with: approx (10) diaphragm valves mounted on top-side for cycling the pulse jet cleaning air from a manifold thru to the bags. Comes with: Electrical disconnect, safety access ladder for access to top filter bag maintenance, full structural steel support stand Current return air pipe is adapted from 14" to 20" which can be kept as air velocity is not a factor on the clean air side. A driven material chopper unit which can be removed for normal dust collection (was originally designed for the pneumatic conveying in pet food industry). . Hopper cone is currently set up for discharge into a barrel but a Rotary Air Lock )not included) can be supplied and/or installed at extra cost per request. Supplied with: A new set of filter bags suitable for your application. Fan discharge is equipped with diverter for summer/winter operation. |
