Seeking a new team member joining our Online Auction Division. Ideal candidate has a general knowledge of Woodworking & other Capital Equipment and is proficient in Microsoft Office and website content administration. This position involves direct Support to Senior Auction Manager and Auction Administrator, and long-distance interaction with bidders. Must be comfortable with periods of fast paced, time sensitive workloads.

Must have:

• 2 – 5 years’ experience in Capital Equipment: Sales, Service, or Operation
• Competent computer skills, including working knowledge of MS/Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Customer service skills to work with and solicit Auction prospects, handle bidders' questions, and deal with Sellers
• Strong communication skills. – This position is in regular contact with off-site Senior Auction Manager and Auction Administrator.

Preferred strengths:

• Sales & Service experience with equipment in different industries, especially Woodworking, Metal, Stone, and Glass
• Background in Equipment Sales, Auctions & Liquidations, and/or manufacturing

Seeking a “Self-Starter” who works with some supervision on a wide range of capital equipment and machinery, mostly woodworking. Position is responsible for Machine Service and Repair at our Zeeland (near Grand Rapids) facility, as well as New Machinery Installations at Customer Locations.

Required Skills:

• Electrical Prints reading skills
• Mechanical and machine maintenance experience
• Basics of machinery hydraulics and pneumatics
• Common CNC popular controls
• Basic CNC programming

Additional Qualifications a "Plus":

• Welding and machining skills
• Travel to Customer Installations as needed

Not Required, but Desirable: Residence with +/- 30 mile radius of Zeeland
$25 - $35 per hour | Paid Health Insurance, plus Bonus
