 Overall Data: 4,240 CFM with an Air-to-Cloth ratio of 5.2 to 1 providing 120 FPM 'Can Velocity' . Interstitial velocity is 185FPM. Cloth Area: Total filter area is 819 square feet comprised of (64) filter bags are 6" dia. x 96" length, with galvanized wire cages @ 8" ring spacing. (8) GOYEN Diaphragm Valves each operated by GOYEN solenoids. Comes with: MEYER HDX 10x10" Rotary Air Lock. powered by a 1 HP TEFD gearmotor. Domed Explosion vent, 24" x 36". DWYER Magnehelic Gauge, and support frame. Equipped with: Solid state sequential timer board, pyramidal discharge hopper with airlock, structural supports with ladder and access platforms. Compressed air of 10 - 15 SCFM required at 90 - 100 PSI supplied by a 1" NPT line. Construction: #12 gauge carbon steel shell/hopper/roof, 4"x4" 1/4" supports 3/16" tube sheet, Overall dimensions: Approx 80" square by 235" height. Mounting needs 69" center line (4) approx 8" square pads yielding 77" square outside dimensions. Clearance under RAL is approx. 33". Weight about 4,000 Lbs.
