  Just a few comments surrounding my experience with EX-FACTORY. This was my first experience making a purchase through EX-FACTORY. I have had contact with EXF Sales Staff numerous times over the last year as I searched for several pieces of equipment. - I appreciate the EXF system and service very much and will continue to consult in the future when I am in the market for equipment. - Several comments regarding specific experiences. With the purchase of the Planer, I traveled to Zeeland to see the Planer before purchasing; an approx. 5 hour drive. I liked what I saw and made a deal on the spot. Making the staff in Zeeland aware that this was my first purchase from stateside, and based on the email ads of EXF regarding providing Canadian Customs Brokerate Services, I was counting on the staff to do what was necessary and inform me of what was needed from myself to have a smooth and trouble-free shipping experience. - It didn't quite happen; there were a few glitches, nothing serious, but somewhat stressful for myself being the first experience of this type. Certainly, it was my lack of experience, and now I know how the system works, but I am disappointed in the communication from staff regarding the transportation across border. They should have this down to a science if they are doing it regularly. - Bill Brox

Just a note of appreciation for 2 staff members on your EXF Team. - [Auction Customer Support] responsive, friendly, and helpful. After an auciton, it's often the follow up and post sales servcie that drives me to return to the auction format or moves me to other buying formats. Once an auction closes, it can often be a drag to handle all the logistics, I find with [CS], it's rather eay and has been a positive experience. [CS] is friendly and never gets annoyed....{CS] is just a nice person to deal with on the phone, as simple as it sounds, it really does make a difference to a bidder. - Furthermore, I want to mention [Auction Manager]. I have never dealt with him until the Auction. My first phone call was about the assets, I had a few quesitons prior to the sale, he quickly answered them and with his clear photos, I was able to know exactly what the lots included. This made me comfortable. I was able to bid with confidence. - I won a few items and he has been handling the carting and rigging over the last few days. Although the items have not been received, they leave today, I am confident that he has provided an excellent service. He spent a lot of time gathering the contents of a room and arranging them for common carrier. He was always available via cell phone and not once did I have to leave a message. - PS - I will follow up to confirm what an excellent job I expect when the 3 pallets arrive the end of this week. - Dave Hicks
